Program Director

Courtney Carpenter, is no stranger to management roles in substance use treatment or sober residences. She was previously the Regional Director of Program Operations at Recovery Centers of America, where she provided executive leadership to case management and the clinical departments for two Massachusetts locations. Courtney earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. She chose to apply her education to substance use treatment because while it can be challenging, for her, it is the most rewarding.
